On September 29, 2021 we had our first fundraising trip. We went to a neighborhood shopping complex with small businesses. We split up into groups and went to several different stores. Although we did get rejected a few times we made sure not to give up and we got 3 donations. We got one donation from a tennis store, a beauty salon, and a karate school. All together we got $100 that day. We were super happy and the parents/coaches were also really proud of us.
